If MemoMe ever shuts down

Your data should outlive our company. You are keeping your family's documents here, so you are owed a plain answer about what happens to them if MemoMe ever winds down.

• We email every account at least 150 days before shutdown.
• Export stays free and open for the entire notice period, including expired, downgraded and free accounts.
• At the end, we delete everything. We do not sell it, transfer it, or hand it to anyone.

This is a commitment, not a plan. It is written into our Terms of Service.
