MemoMe Terms of Service
Last updated: September 3, 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
MemoMe is provided by Siluvo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming Secretary of State filing ID 2025-001792944), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. That is a registered agent address provided by Northwest Registered Agent and shared with other companies — it is where legal notices reach us, not an office. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@memome.online.
2. The service
MemoMe helps you save, retrieve, export, and share personal records and private values through the web and the Agents you authorize. The service does not guarantee continuous availability and is not suitable for life-critical, medical, or financial decisions. MemoMe encryption reduces exposure from database and object-backup leaks, but it cannot eliminate the risk of a fully compromised application runtime.
3. Your account and responsibilities
Store only data you are authorized to handle. Do not abuse registration, email, sharing, storage, or Agent interfaces. Before using live credentials, start with a rotatable test credential and retain an independent emergency copy of any high-impact or unrecoverable root credential.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use MemoMe to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or upload malware. Do not use an Agent connection to access another person's data without their authority.
5. Plans, billing and renewal
Any paid plan, price, and renewal terms are shown before you start it. Our Fair Billing Promise is part of these Terms: we do not bill you for a product you stopped using, and paid access resumes only after you review the current price and explicitly confirm it.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Our Refunds and cancellation policy is part of these Terms. You can cancel from Account settings; cancellation never removes your ability to read, export, or delete your data.
7. Your data and your rights
You keep your rights in the content you submit. You can export everything from your account settings at any time. A command-line export is also available if you prefer it. You may delete your account from Account settings; deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep MemoMe available and secure, but maintenance, failures, and events outside our control can interrupt it. Support is provided through support@memome.online; we do not promise a particular response time unless a paid plan says otherwise.
9. Liability and disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MemoMe is provided as available and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Except where the law does not allow it, Siluvo LLC's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for MemoMe in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination and service discontinuation
You may stop using MemoMe at any time. If MemoMe shuts down, we will email every account at least 150 days before shutdown. Export stays free and open for the entire notice period, including for expired, downgraded, and free accounts. At the end, we delete data; we do not sell it, transfer it, or hand it to anyone.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as MemoMe changes. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the new version here or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
13. Contact
Contact support@memome.online for service questions, billing@memome.online for billing questions, and security@memome.online for security concerns.
