MemoMe Privacy Notice

MemoMe is operated by Siluvo LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, registered in Wyoming (Secretary of State filing ID 2025-001792944). Siluvo LLC is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: privacy@memome.online.

MemoMe stores the data, private items, and encrypted files you submit, plus the minimum metadata needed for accounts, authorization, quotas, and security.

How your content is protected

Private items and encrypted files use per-user data keys with Google Cloud KMS envelope encryption. MemoMe is not a zero-knowledge system: the application runtime can decrypt relevant content when you reveal it, export it, or explicitly authorize an Agent to use it.

Where your data lives

The MemoMe application and managed PostgreSQL run in DigitalOcean's SFO3 region. Encrypted file uploads are stored in DigitalOcean Spaces in SFO3. Per-user encryption keys are wrapped by Google Cloud KMS in us-west1.

Subprocessors

We use infrastructure, email, and payment providers to operate MemoMe. Our subprocessor list explains what each provider handles and where it operates.

What activity analytics exclude

Product activity events exclude bodies, search terms, titles, file names, email addresses, IP addresses, MCP arguments, tokens, and secrets. Raw product events are retained for 30 days and daily aggregates for up to 13 months.

Deletion and backups

After account deletion, online database content becomes immediately inaccessible and object deletion enters a retry queue. Backup copies expire within 30 days under the backup cycle; de-identified audit records retained for security investigations may remain for up to 180 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data from Account settings. You can also withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing by contacting us. We aim to respond to a privacy request within 30 days.

Legal bases and international transfers

We process information to provide MemoMe, meet legal obligations, protect the service from abuse, and with your consent where required. Our providers may process data in the United States; we use contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

Cookies and local storage

MemoMe uses essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, security, and product preferences. We do not use them to build advertising profiles or sell personal data.

Children

MemoMe is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Effective date and changes

Effective date: September 3, 2026. We will post material changes here before they take effect and update this date.
