01 · We tell you who we are

MemoMe is built and operated by Siluvo LLC, an independent company. We also make Siluvo, a woodworking brand and workshop app. MemoMe started because we kept two long pages of personal and family details in a notes app and could never find the right line fast enough.

If something breaks, you reach someone who can actually fix it, not a ticket queue.

02 · We are not a zero-knowledge system, and we will not pretend otherwise

We can technically read your data. Here is exactly when, and why we designed it that way.

MemoMe decrypts your content when you reveal it, when you export it, and when you authorize an Agent to use it. That is not a gap we forgot to close. It is what makes MemoMe work from your phone, the web, or any AI you connect, without installing a desktop app.

Products that keep your secrets fully unreadable to themselves require software running on your own machine. That is a real and good design. It is not ours, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.

Your content is encrypted at rest with a per-user data key under Google Cloud KMS envelope encryption. That protects you if a database or a backup leaks. It does not protect you from us, and we are not going to imply that it does.

03 · You can take everything with you, in one click

Export everything, any time, in a format you can open without us. Not a support ticket. Not a CSV of metadata. Your records, your files, your original pages.

Export, read and delete are never behind a paywall, on any plan, at any time.

04 · If we ever stop, you get 150 days' notice and your data back
