Refunds and cancellation

Annual plans. Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.

Monthly plans. Cancel any time. The current period is not prorated.

If we lose your data through our fault, you get a full refund of the current term regardless of timing.

Cancelling. Cancel from Account settings. Cancelling never removes your ability to read, export or delete your data.
